HOW TO USE THIS COURSE

I have some ideas about this, and am open to hearing your experience. My sense is that you will benefit by touching each module and exploring the content to the extent that you could answer questions about it. Perhaps you don't teach a certain style that I cover. You may not need to dig deeply into the precise modifications for the practice, but you might want to confidently answer a student who asks you whether or not they can/should attempt that style or practice.

The course is outlined with bite-sized, mini lectures in each section, along with a "BONUS" at the end of each that takes the learning in that module to an applied level. There are resources for each module that are intended for you to pass along to your students, and I encourage you to explore all of those. They are typically 5-15 minute investments of time - a blog post, podcast, or Ted talk. Additionally, I have more robust recommended resources for you if you find a topic particularly interesting. These are often full films, books, or even other coursework.

The first time you take this course, I suggest going a module at a time, exploring the student resources in context with each module as you go. On subsequent reviews, you're most likely to find the 'bonus' material the most useful.

But what do I know? I wrote the course! Please let me know how you find it to be most useful.
