curiosity
is the most valuable quality of a teacher
You don't need to know more to be a
great teacher
This course is for the curious.
The seekers.
Those seeking additional, nourishing ways to support themselves
& their students.
(be careful, it will only stoke the fire of your curiosity to keep learning...)
My philosophy of Yin
Yin is not a vocabulary of poses, but a lens with which we see the world.
Learn to structure conversation, dialogue, teaching, and set the container for a supportive Yin practice.
The deep well
Both Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine invite us to better understand the ways we engage with our bodies, our practice, and the world.
Rather than cherry picking ideas that suit individual desires, learn to access alternate perspectives through an exploration of TCM philosophies.
Rejuvenate your passion for teaching
Learn your personal style of stagnation and how to reinvigorate your enthusiasm and ensure a quality offering in every class for every student
(even when life tries to get in the way)
Example Curriculum
Clarify & distinguish your offering
The market is not saturated - in fact, you would not be called to teach if there were not students who were eager to learn from you.
Your work is to define, refine, clarify, and distinguish how and what your unique offering is.
I do not teach you to teach "Kari Kwinn Yin," rather, I invite you to teach Yin in your own way.
This course includes structured invitations to support your ongoing learning and the evolution of your offering, no matter where life takes you.
